300क. विधि के प्राधिकार के बिना व्यक्तियों को संपत्ति से वंचित न किया जाना –किसी व्यक्ति को उसकी संपत्ति से विधि के प्राधिकार से ही वंचित किया जाएगा, अन्यथा नहीं।
1 संविधान (चवालीसवाँ संशोधन) अधिनियम, 1978 की धारा 34 द्वारा (20-6-1978 से) अंतःस्थापित।
